The Dallas Morning News did a story on the post 9-11 patriotism. They used this photo on the front page of that Sunday’s edition and in the Living section. Monday I received an e-mail correcting my image. Tuesday morning I went out to fix it.

As I was putting the finishing touches on, a passerby mentioned that this letter was in that days ‘opinions’ column.

On Thursday my response was printed.
